Contest begins January 4, 2023 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 30, 2023. Contest open to legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their province of residence. Subject to the No Purchase Necessary option, a valid product receipt (the “Receipt”) will be required to receive one (1) entry into this Contest. A list of qualifying products can be found on the Website in the full Contest Rules document. Each Receipt constitutes one (1) Entry into the Contest regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased on one (1) Receipt. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Instant Win Prize per person. Limit of one entry per person per day for the duration of the Contest regardless of the method of entry. Winning an Instant Win Prize would not disqualify participant from winning Grand Prize. Each potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner. The Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the 2023 Stanley Cup^® Final game, round trip airfare for two (2) from Canada to the host city as determined by the NHL^®, two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (double occupancy), ground transportation to and from the airport, a NHL^® experience, and five-hundred Canadian dollars ($500 CAD) in spending money. Each Instant Win Prize consists of either a $25 NHLShop.ca eGift Card (50 total), a $50 NHLShop.ca eGift Card (20 total), a $100 NHLShop.ca eGift Card (20 total), a Customer Recliner (5 total), an KITKAT Hoodie (20 total), or KITKAT T-Shirts (10 total) for a total of 125 Instant Win Prizes. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is ten thousand Canadian dollars ($10,000 CAD) and the approximate values of the Instant Win Prizes vary between ten to six hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($10 - $650 CAD). Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received, and for an Instant Win Prize in addition depends on the times at which those entries are received.
